These lovely little scalloped edged ginger snaps are wonderful. Full of holiday flavors - ginger, molasses, cloves, sugar, cinnamon, spice, & butter. They have that oh-so-satisfying snap. It's the perfect cookie to accompany an Earl Grey tea!
