Oooooooohhhh yarrrrrrrr, this salsa definitely lives up to the hype - it's a perfectly roasted tomato salsa that is equal parts creamy, spicy, and marvelous. It's worth it's weight in gold. It's the type of salsa you want to douse over everything and anything. It's soooooooooo goooooooood. When you order the chips & salsa they give you a little tin of the liquid glory, but you should probably just get a whole jar. Also, Bi-Rite regularly stocks jars #winning. For the non locals out there, you can order online - one jar, two jars, three jars,...you even have the option for signing up for the Salsa Club - a service that delivers a trio of salsa jars to your door monthly, sign up for a year subscription (only $299.99 hahahah!) Salsa subsciptions?!??! Seriously, what times we live in! Everything is amazing!
