Pho Ga = Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup. My first Pho! It was phonomenal (sorry, I had to)! So happy I got to experience it at this hole-in-the-wall in the Tenderloin/Little Saigon neighborhood. Turtle Tower prides themself on offering authentic Northern Vietnamese food in a relaxed environment. They totally nail it, make sure you order this pho!!! The chicken broth is clear & super flavorful, the chicken is tender & salty, and the rice noodles are wide & chewy. The soup is then topped with razor-thin scallions and fresh cilantro. Pho pho the win (sorry, I couldn't help myself). They also receive gold stars for the following > delivering orders at lightning fast speeds, maintaing affordable prices and using free range chicken. Fast, cheap, & delicious = the ultimate trifecta. Will definitely be back to slurp another bowl in the future!
