Oysters. What a dangerous new love of mine. Fresh slurpy briny meaty goodness. Mmmmmmmmm. Absolutely mouth watering. The oysters at Hog Island Oyster are top notch. If you can, take a trip up to Marshall to get them from the source and spend a lazy afternoon shucking oysters at the communal picnic tables they provide.
