QWEEN-ah-mahn. Yeauuuhhhhhhhh. Would like to always have one of these pastries in my pockets at all times of the day. These delicate little pastries are buttery, flaky, buttery, sugary, buttery, crusty, buttery, doughy, and buttery. Heavenly. Turns out 'kouign' means cake & 'amann' means butter. Sold. And in order to get one these you have to go to the Hipster Epicenter of San Francisco > Four Barrel. Make sure to wear your coolest vintage outfit and know a lot about coffee.
