Bone Marrow @ Alembic = caper gremolata, garlic confit, huuuge portion. Hoooooo, hoooooooooohhhh my. My mouth waters just looking at this. The bone marrow is sooooo rich, fatty, salty, and herbacious, served up alongside some broiled slices of baguette - all of my favorite things in one snack. Oh man. It's perfect. Roasted garlic confit & caper gremolata, are you kidding? Toooo GOOD. Plus you feel very tribal while scraping every last meat bit from the bone, very tribal indeed. Get it & wash it down with this incredible cocktail!!!!! Alembic, you do everything right.
