Hangtown toast @ Comstock Saloon = pickled egg, oyster dressing, bacon, & slaw. I thought I was going to dislike this dish very much due to my severe aversion to hard-boiled eggs, but these slices of pickled egg tasted more vinegary/pickled than egg-y, and I liked it! Served up on some dark toast, with bacon slices, and sprinkled with chives! It felt like a sophisicated/fancy yet old-timey/Western/cowboy hangover cure, if that hybrid makes any sense...
