Boulette's Larder = poached eggs with braised greens & North African spiced sea salt. Our eggs came with braised bitter collard greens in a brown butter sauce - faaaaaaancy pants eggs if you ask me. The eggs were poached perfectly and the yolk formed a gorgeous glossy tawny runny pool of deliciousness. The salt was crunchy, spicy, and really unique. If you can, snag a seat on the patio to watch the boats come into the Embarcadero and definitely 100% share the toast with housemade whipped butter and marmelades. I could eat those buttery jammy toasts for daaaaaays!
