It's the silkiest & most dreamy ice cream in the universe. What makes it extra cool (pun intended) is that it is made with liquid nitrogen, one scoop at a time, in 60 seconds. Imagine a really playful science experiment that you get to watch and then devour. It's absolutely brilliant. It's better than Bi-Rite and better than Humphrey Slocombe - two things I did not think could be possible.
