The Pizza Margherita at Pizzeria Delfina features tomatoes, fior de latte mozzarella, and basil. Three simple and amazing ingredients. This pizza is the perfect blend of tangy/acidic tomato sauce, milky mozzarella, and fresh basil. It has a crispy thin charred crust with large air pockets - the best! Chewy and rustic. Warm and mouth-watering. Light and satisfying. It's hard to deviate from the Pizza Margherita, the original classic, but you can't go wrong with any other option, check out the menu here. Three cheers and two thumbs way up.
